Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Abbyiraqmac. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase, such as the original order confirmation or packing slip.
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team at abbyiraqmac@outlook.com to request a return authorization.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return the item(s).
- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please ensure that the return package is adequately insured, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
- Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 days.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item received, defective or damaged item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please indicate your preference when requesting the return authorization. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
